Terms and conditions

  • Registration should be made exclusively through the online registration system, which can be accessed at bma.org.br. All mandatory fields in the registration system must be filled-out.
  • Payment rules: the registration fee must be paid in full and in accordance with the terms of the invoice. Your registration will be completed once the payment is confirmed by the registration platform.
  • Accepted methods of payments:

    • Credit card
    • International bank transfer. In this case, you should contact us and request an invoice before complete your registration: bms@bma.org.br.
  • The badges are for individual use and should be worn only by the intended bearers.
  • Badges are strictly non-transferable after the start of the event.
  • Cancellation policy: Refundable cancellations will be accepted if requested up to November 20th For that, you should send an e-mail to bms@bma.org.br. In this case, registration fee will be refunded, minus the fee charged for the payment operation.
  • After November 20th 2017, cancellation will not be accepted.
  • Attendant travel responsibilities: you are responsible for booking and paying for your own accommodation, flights, as well as purchasing travel / health insurance and arranging the necessary travel documents (valid passport and Visa, if applicable).
  • Attendants can be replaced up to November 30th, 2017. For that, contact bms@bma.org.br.
