She has years of strong industry experience - five of them specifically in international Ad/Film/TV licensing with special focus on creative pitching, clearance, negotiation and execution.

Carolina Arenas
Carolina has been in the music industry for the past 18 years, 9 of them spent in Universal Music.
She is currently Head of Latin America at Audio Network, a global independent music production company where she is responsible for music licensing sales and account management in Latin America & Hispanic market in the USA.

Joel C. High
Joel C. High is a music supervisor and producer who has worked an over 150 films and television projects. Currently, he is co-founder and CEO of a company called Creative Control Entertainment and also is founder and board member of the Guild of Music Supervisors.

Geoff Siegel
Geoff has been working in the music industry almost his entire life - as a guitar player, composer, producer, artist, sound engineer, and, after got interested in music licensing, he started Fundamental Music - a licensing company that reps indie artists for all types of visual licensing and, in the past few year, has added a production library and done some custom work for advertising.

Alexandre Guerra

Carina produced the animated feature The book of life, nominated for the Golden Globes and winner of an Annie Award. She is the showrunner for Gaby Estrella (Gloob), which was nominated for the Emmy International, and Juacas (Disney channel and XD). She is the Executive Producer for the TV series Sem Volta (Record). She is developing the movie Overman and the series Condomínio.

Luiz Augusto Buff
Luiz Augusto Buff is a lawyer, music supervisor, Master in Entertainment Rights, Media and Intellectual Property from the UCLA Law School, professor of Music Business Finance and Music Licensing at Berklee College of Music (Berklee Online) and Executive Director of 1M1 Arte. He has developed solid experience in the musical market working in companies like Warner Bros. Pictures, Digital Cowboys, Soundtrack Group and The Kurland Agency. Luiz is also member of the council board of the São Paulo International Music Week (SIM São Paulo).

Marthe-Helene Heraud
Marthe-Helene began as a cello player in France. Her musical talent empowers her with a unique listening skill for the perfect match in music supervision. Currently, she is based in Paris and responsible for finding or creating the perfect music to compliment a picture for her customers.

Yassine Saidi
Yassine Said, Moroccan French has been 15 years in the sport and lifestyle industry. Started in the Skate and surf industry before moving to Adidas where he was leading Performance Tennis. From there Yassine moved to Puma to establish and Lead PUMA SELECT, the brand collaboration and partnership platform. Yassine has worked and created product with upcoming brand, influencer and artist such as Rihanna or The Weeknd.

Frédéric Lagacé
Frédéric Lagacé is the General Director of the Rimouski International Jazz Festival, in Canada, since 2012. The festival is one of the jazz most important event eastern Canada, which also organizes a Quebec Jazz showcase with professionals from Europe, Asia, and more countries. The event is 31 500 jazz lovers attendance, 15 stages, 60 shows, 300 artists, international rising stars to the best Canadian players.

Matthieu Darti
Matt Darti is co-founder of Anteprima Prime publishing, representing artists like Manu Katché, Baptiste Trotignon, Eric Legnini, Stefano di Battista, Sidony Box, Kellylee Evans, and Franck Agulhon. Founded in 2013, Anteprima Prime is oriented for styles like jazz, electronic and pop and are aiming to increase its partnerships in the sync market.

Fábio Hofnik
Fabio Hofnik is an audiovisual and event producer with background in immersive and narrative entertainment since 2006.
He is director of the first Brazilian virtual reality festival after more than two years of research and promotion of the national market of virtual and augmented reality.
Today he is heading the Hyper VR distribution platform, which brings content, education, and immersive audiovisual production to the Brazilian market.

Rachel do Valle
Rachel do Valle is the executive manager of Brazilian Content, an audiovisual international project that has been enabling partnerships between Brazilian and
foreign companies since 2004. The goals of Brazilian Content are to promote new co-production opportunities and develop international partnerships for TV and digital media producers. The project is promoted by BRAVI, Brasil Audiovisual Independente – the Brazilian association of producers that gathers more than 600 companies – in partnership with Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency). Rachel is a journalist post graduated in audiovisual management with specialization in international relations. She’s part of BRAVI’s team since 2009, organization she joined after three years of experience in content distribution.

Maurício Dias
Mauricio Dias has produced and directed more than 60 films, among them the international hits “Saved from Extinction” and “Extinctions” (Animal Planet, France 5 and more than 10 broadcasters around the world, in coproduction with France), “Brazil from Pre-History” (widely distributed until today), “On the Trail of Langsdorff Expedition” (winner of Discovery international pitch and broadcast by the same channel), among others. He has just finished his most recent documentary feature, “New Species”, a Brazil/Germany co-production that will be broadcast by ARTE and globoNews. With his brother Fernando Dias, Mauricio founded in 1996 Grifa Filmes, a production company specializing in documentaries and international co-productions that has received two nominations to the International Emmys, among other awards.

Rodrigo Olaio
Rodrigo started his carreer in the animation field in 2001, where he worked in projects like "Peques Olímpicos" (TV Azteca) e "TV Xuxa" (Globo). At Cinefilm (2013) headed the animation and post-production dept and was responsible for the series "Que Talento!", "Juacas", and “Dino Aventuras”. Guilherme Flarys
Guilherme has 15 years of experience in music production and music consulting for brands. Founder and executive director at Gomus Music Branding, Guilherme has produced music campaigns for Fiat, Coca-Cola, Yázigi, Google, L‘Óreal, Globosat channels and others. Gomus has given musical consultancy for more than 200 retail brands, and created original soundracks for fashion shows at SPFW (São Paulo Fashion Week) for brands like Osklen, Oestudio and Coca-Cola Jeans. As part of Gomus’ projects, Guilherme has represented Brazil at the Audio Branding Academy at Oxford in their international awards, and has been invited to be part of the jury assessing the world’s best projects in the category.

Stefano Vaccarino
Stefano is Italian and started as music consultant on TV, then worked for ten years at the Universal Music Italy label and two years at BMG publishing in Milan. Now, he is living in Brazil since August 2013, in Rio, where works as repertoire manager at the indie publisher Irmãos Vitale. Percussionist, with a degree in musicology and experience in marketing, a&r, synchronization, special projects, soundtracks, copyright and licensing.
He also teaches interaction music/image at the Università Cattolica in Milan and has just translated into Portuguese an Italian acoustic guitar method.

Ruben Feffer
Music composer, keyboardist, producer and director, founder of Ultrassom Music Ideas. Creates and produces scores for cinema, series and theater in Brazil and abroad, with awarded and recognized works in several local and international festivals, such as “Boy and The World” (Oscar nominee and Annecy awarded), “Guida” (Animamundi and Annecy awards), both together with Gustavo Kurlat. “Eu Fico Loko” and “Os Parças” are the most recent film scores. He created for the animation series “Irmao do Jorel”-Cartoon Network, “Under Undergrounds”-Nickelodeon, “Mundo Ripilica” and “Vivi Viravento”-Discovery Kids, as well as others, still in production, such as “Bubu and the Little Owls”-Disney Jr, “Hora do Rock”-Gloob. Currently he is completing the score for Gustavo Steinberg’s feature animation “Tito and The Birds”.

Gustavo Kurlat
Author, musician, composer, translator, educator, director and musical director for theater and cinema. Won the Shell Theater Award 2004 and APCA Award 1988 and 1990, both as composer. Received the Femsa Young Theater Award in 2007 and again in 2014 as best author, as well as best music score in partnership with Ruben Feffer. Directed shows for “Palavra Cantada” from 2000 as 2009. Composed and produced, along with Feffer, the score for “Boy and the World” (Oscar nominee 2016) and the short film “Guida”, with several worldwide awards, such as Annecy Festival, best score in Lisbon Festival, and Anima Mundi 2014. His book “Quando Blufis ficou em silêncio”, in partnership with Lorena Nobel, has been nominated for the Jabuti Award.

Spencer Rinaldi
Retail Operations Manager at Nike do Brasil. 12 years of retail experience, responsible for process management in a fleet of 30 owned stores (Outlets) and 23 In Line Partner Stores (Franchising). Management of consumer experience platforms, as well as technology management, training, store productivity and Facilities Management.

Geoffroy de Rougé
Geoffroy de Rougé has studied Creative Econony Admnistration at Middlesex University (England), with specializantion at NEOMA Business School (France). He is the International Development Director @ Midem - event with more than 50 editions creating business opportunities for the entire music chain. Next year, Midem will be on June 5 - 8 in Cannes, France.

Otávio de Moraes
Otavio de Moraes is a music producer, composer and arranger based in São Paulo, Brazil. With more than 25 years of career, he has the versatility of those who dedicate their art to different industries.
He composed and produced the soundtrack for the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2014 FIFA World Cup. He also produced, arranged and conducted the Brazilian Final of RIOT Game’s League of Legends Championship, at Maracanazinho. At the film market, Otavio has worked on the soundtrack of the feature films "Amor no Divã" (best Original Soundtrack at the Los angeles Brazilian Film Festival) and "Elis" (Best Original Soundtrack at FicSur Festival and Grande Prêmio do Cinema Brasileiro), among others.

Evandro (Fióti) Roque de Oliveira
Evandro Roque de Oliveira, also known as Fioti, 28 years old, is for one of the most promising names on the backtage of Brazilian music, specially on independent segment. On 2009, Evandrou founded with his brother Emicida the music label Laboratório Fantasma, which is nowadays the biggest one in Brazil on independent music. Fióti has been managing Emicida’s and Rael’s career, two of the biggest Brazilian hip hop artists.

Fernanda Paiva is Public Relations specialized in Marketing and Communication Management. She has been at Natura since 2008 and currently is responsible for the company’s institucional activation and sponsorship programs and management of Natura Musical, a Brazilian music platform that completed 10 years in 2015. Since taking over the position, she has contributed to increase the strategy of Natura Musical; implemented a new strategy of branded experience (Casa Natura Musical – a music hall at São Paulo, festivals and others branded events), branded content (digital hub and social networks, online transmissions, playlists, radio and videos) and expanded the sponsored projects and contests.
